The Irish are widely accepted as being the first to distill whiskey in the British Isles in the 19th century. Historians claimed that Irish (and many American) distillers introduced the ‘E’ in WHISKY to differentiate themselves from the vast booming Scotch which was perceived as sub-standard whisky at the time. Irish whiskey offers a richly variety of styles and production methods. In recent years, many new distilleries have been constructed as Irish whiskey continues to be one of the fastest growing spirits categories in the world!

The whiskey is aged somewhere between 12 and 25 years and matured solely in Bourbon casks. Each bottle is individually numbered and carries the signature of the Master Distiller.
