Major business adjustments:

- All orders are safely packed for secure transit, based on a contactless approach. We have introduced a variety of measures across our operations, in line with the guidance from public health officials and the government.
- We switched to the QuickPost courier service available from Cyprus Post Office, operated by DHL Worldwide. Kindly note that some countries may experience short delays.
At present we are continuing to deliver all Cyprus orders as normal. You are advised to select the ACS Door Delivery to avoid unnecessary movements.

All overseas orders are shipped via the QuickPost service, operated by DHL Worldwide.
To some of our customers, this change may come as a disappointment as the QuickPost service fare is higher than the normal Post Office Airmail fare. But hopefully it is understandable that this is a premium service, operated by DHL Worldwide, and the only Post Office service that is currently available.
Your orders will arrive safely and securely given the current situation at a global scale, although some countries may experience short delays.

All items posted on VIVELOTS can currently be delivered to the countries listed below (excluding Russian for delivery of alcohol products).

For orders delivered via the Post Office, insurance is free, yet has a maximum compensation per item as per table below and cannot be extended:
