Few countries have reached the fame and success that Taiwanese whisky enjoys today, and none have done so in such a short period of time. The first Taiwanese whiskies were only released back in 2008 by King Car Group’s Kavalan brand, inspired by the country’s relatively huge consumption for Scotch in recent years.
