A 2017 bottling of Dalmore 40 Year Old, presented in a Baccarat decanter. This was initially aged in American oak bourbon barrels before being transferred over to Matusalem Oloroso Sherry butts for seven years, and then transferred into first-fill bourbon barrels. This release coincided with Master Distiller and all-around good egg Richard Paterson's 50th year in the whisky industry.
